Before starting the business, Josh served as an FDOT Road Ranger, helping motorists through breakdowns and serious crashes. That experience shaped the way we approach our work: putting safety first, staying calm under pressure, and treating people with care during difficult situations.
Josh handles mobile diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and roadside assistance. Whitney brings customer service experience and plays a key role behind the scenes, helping keep the business organized and making sure customers are cared for throughout the process.
Together, we’re committed to honest service, clear communication, and dependable workmanship. We want customers to understand what’s causing a problem and what work is recommended, so they can make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary parts and expenses.
